Refund policy

We Do Beauty Studio wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. Please email us at at hello@wedobeauty.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. 

Please return items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees to return purchase is at own expense.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us. We will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.
